Fox is an American documentary filmmaker and perhaps the most important UFO documentary filmmaker of all time: from classics like Out of the Blue (2003) to I Know What I Saw (2014) to the perhaps groundbreaking UFO documentary in history, The Phenomenon (2020), James has intrepidly documented UFO crashes and alien encounters all over the world.
